Greek Tacos

Αποτέλεσμα εικόνας για τακος με φετα

Ingredients:

-bread-crackers
-olive oil
-Feta cheese
-oregano

Preparetion:

Wet the bread-crackers with some water till they get a little softer then slice some peices of feta cheese and put each one on a cracker. Spill some olive oil over each cracker and the add some oregano.  

You are now ready to enjoy them.

5+1 tips on how to make an icy-cola

1. Take a can or a bottle of any kind of cola or soda.
2. Shake it as well as you can to creat a lot of pressure inside the bottle.
3. Place it in the freezer for about 3-4 hours ( it depends on the temperature )
4. Take the bottle out of the freezer carefully and slowly 
5. Slowly spill it in a glass, as you spill it will start to form ice crystals
6. Put a straw in the glass and enjoy!

Greek Potato Salad

Potato Salad




Ingredients:

  • 2 middle sized potatoes
  • 2 fresh onions
  • 1 big dried onion
  • parsley
  • the juice of a big lemon
  • half a cup of olive oil
  • salt or pepper if you like
Preparation:

First of all we wash and pill the potatoes, then we drop them into a large bowl filled with water in order to boil them. As they are being boiled we add some salt. When they are finished we dry them. As they are still hot we take a spoon or a fork and we melt them by applying pressure. When we are done with this, we add the mixture of olive oil and lemon and we mix the potatoes. Finally we add the fresh and the dry onions after we chop them and the parsley.

How to serve it:

You can serve it cool in small bowls.

Πίτσα μαργαρίτα




Υλικά για 4 άτομα 

Υλικά για την ζύμη:

- 2 1/3 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις 
- 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μπέικιν παουντερ
- 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι 
- 1/2 φλιτζάνι μαργαρίνη
- 1 χτυπημένο αυγό
- 10 κουταλιές της σούπας γάλα 

Υλικά για την γέμιση:

- 3 κουταλιές τις σούπας κέτσαπ
- 1 πράσινη πιπεριά ψιλοκομμένη 
- 20γρ. ζαμπόν 
- 1 κουταλιά της σούπας ρίγανη 
- 1 φλιτζάνι τριμμένο τυρί 
- 1 σκελίδα σκόρδο
